The Gospel in a nutshell

did you get that? WHILE we were still sinners, Christ died for all of us. this means he equally died for all and not for a certain race, group, etc. this means also that even before we had a chance to obey and abide by his laws, salvation was given to us already. we just have to accept it or reject it. another thing is that, salvation is not earned by good works. it is by accepting the Lord as our savior. Religion tells you to do this and that. only Christianity tells you that good works will not bring you eternal life. It’s our relationship with God. this is why the world views Christianity as a huge moral standard and therefore blames Christians when they make a mistake. but really, it’s not about perfection. it’s about the direction we follow.
